I will dedicate this post to cover all of tips and tricks that is useful for most of everybody’s using Google+ daily.

1. To shorten your Google+ profile link

I’ve found this site that will help you: http://gplus.to/ It will help you to have a short link so that your friend can remember it better, just like what we’ve done using facebook.

2. Some Google+ short key:

• J    Scroll down to next Google+ stream update

• K    Scroll up to previous Google+ stream update

• QQ    Pressing Q twice moves your cursor the search box in the “chat” section of Google+

• Space    Scroll down stream by regular intervals

• Space + Shift    Scroll up stream by regular intervals

• Enter    When a stream update is selected Enter moves your cursor to the comment box

• Enter + Tab    Submit comment

• @    @ followed by a username is used to mention someone in a post or share the post with them, you can also use +

3. Import Facebook contact to Google+

You can import your existing Facebook contacts to Google+ by doing 2 easy steps I listed below:

Step1. Import Facebook Contacts To Yahoo and then

Step2. Import Yahoo Contacts To Google+

If you don’t want Yahoo friends on Google Plus and just want to invite Facebook friends on Google+ then I would recommend that you sign up for a temporary new Yahoo account.

Step 1. Import Facebook Contacts To Yahoo

1. Sign in to Yahoo
2. Click on the Contact tab

       
3.  Now click in the Import Contacts button to start the importing process. You can also import your contacts from the following services to yahoo as well if in case you wanted them on Google+

• Hotmail
• AOL
• Orkut
• Outlook express         

4. Now you just need to follow the easy instructions and import all Facebook contacts and Job done!

Step 2. Import Yahoo Contacts To Google+

1. Log into Google+
2. Click The Circles tab

   
3. Now select the Yahoo Option
    
4.  Click it and ask you for permission to import yahoo contacts to Google+, select the Agree button   
5.  Once you click the agree button all your yahoo contacts which includes your Facebook contacts will be added to Google+. You can now add them to circles and have fun sharing love and joy.

4. Editing Google+ post:

If you ever use other social networks you will be familiar with the fact that they don’t allow you to edit a post, yes, you can only remove it. But this is not for Google+ where you can edit a post. Thanks to google plus.
 

5. Private message on Google+

Although there is no dedicated feature available to send private messages on Google+, users can use following workaround to serve the purpose – 1. Type your message and add the name of person. Click on the Share button.

2. Select Lock this post from drop down menu.

But if you want to share a post with your friends, you can also give them “Link to this post”

6. Remember the color of your Circle for security: Green – Public, Blue – Limited
